Where to Access One-Time Purchase Items

Once purchased, your one-time access products are added to your main dashboard.

📍To find them:

1. Log in to your Exceed Nutrition dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Programs or Bundles tab, depending on your one off purchase.

3. Look for the title of the product (e.g., Nutrition Shortcut Bundle)

🧭 Can’t find it?

1. Double-check your inboxes to see if it was purchased under another email

2. Reach out to the  support team and provide the following information, and we’ll help you locate it instantly!

   1. account email

   2. order number

   3. payment method

   4. last 4 digits of CC or Paypal ID
