How to Cancel, Pause or Update Your Membership

You’re always in control. Here’s how to manage your subscription:

🔻 To Cancel:

  1. Login to your member dashboard

  2. Choose My Account in the upper left hand corner of your screen

  3. Follow on screen prompts

Once you receive a confirmation of your subscription cancellation, dashboard access will be restricted automatically.



🔄 To Pause:

  1. Login to your member dashboard

  2. Choose My Account in the upper left hand corner of your screen

  3. Follow on screen prompts

  4. Choose between 1, 2 or 3 months to place your membership on pause

Once your subscription is successfully suspended, your dashboard access will be automatically paused—no further action is needed. When your suspension period ends, your account will resume access on its own. You won’t need to send a reminder or take any manual steps.
